The Holds Shelf interface insludes a grid listing all the holds currently available for pickup. Staff may scope this grid to show their own library or a different branch. The grid itself may be adjusted to show or hide specific columns. Staff may also view more details about a specific hold, including notes, notification records, and reset reasons.
Staff can view a list of all holds that are ready for pickup at their library from the Holds Shelf interface, found in the Circulation menu.

All items currently listed as on the Holds Shelf show up in the grid display within the Holds Shelf interface.
This display will be scoped by default to the working location of the workstation you are logged into. You can change this display to show a different branch's holds shelf list by changing the PickupLibrary listed in the scoping field at the top of the grid.
Underneath the scoping field are 4 action buttons:
Like most grids in Evergreen, the Holds Shelf list display may be managed in the grid management menu.
From here, you can add or remove columns, change their order, and adjust their width.
To view details about a particular hold, select it by checking the box in the grid, then clicking the Detail View button.
Within the Detailed view, there is a top section with details related to the hold request, and a bottom section divided into tabs.
Notes tab: Any notes added to the hold will be visible here.Staff may add new notes by clicking the New Note button. Notes may be made Patron Visible, set to print on the holds slip, both, or neither.
Staff Notifications: If the patron is notified manually by staff, either by a phone call or a non-automated email, staff can mark that they notified the patron by clicking the Add Record of Notification button in this tab.
Reset Entries: This tab shows a list of all the reasons a new item was targeted to fulfill this hold. These may include manual re-trageting actions by staff, pull list time outs, or the final act of scanning an item to capture it.
